Make a reservation and don't worry - there's no risk of losing your deposit! A 50% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival. Other cancellation deposits will be credited to a future reservation within 2 years! Full payment is due upon arrival.
Check-in time: after 5:00 pm. Check-out time: prior to 11:00 am
Check-out later than 11:00 am will result in a late check-out fee. All package rates vary based on dates of stay and size of accommodations in our privately owned condominiums and are subject to change until deposit is received. Other size accommodations, nightly and other multi-night stays are available. Daily maid service is optional. No additional person charge up to capacity of accommodations. All package rates are subject to service charge, 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms Tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities, and 18% gratuity on any meal components. These total additions plus service charge equal 14.5% of the package price. All rates are payable in U.S. Funds. Sorry, no pets; boarding is available locally.
