Lodging only packages are available at 10% off the above rates from the night of October 12th through December 11th, 2009, including use of our indoor heated pool and hot tubs. Other services are limited during these late Fall dates.

Other size accommodations, nightly and other multi-night stays are available. Daily maid sevice is optional. No additional person charge up to capacity of accommodations. All package rates are subject to service charge, 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms Tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities, and 18% gratuity on any meal components. These total additions plus service charge equal 14.5% of the package price. All rates are payable in U.S. Funds. Sorry, no pets; boarding is available locally.

Make a reservation and don't worry - there's no risk of losing your deposit! A 50% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival. Other cancellation deposits will be credited to future reservations within 2 years! Full payment is due upon arrival.

Check-in time: after 5:00 pm. Check-out time: prior to 11:00 am
Check-out later than 11:00 am will result in a late check-out fee. Sorry, no pets; boarding is available locally. All package rates vary based on dates of stay and size of accommodations in our privately owned condominiums and are subject to change until deposit is received. Other multi-night stays also available. Daily maid service optional.
