Meeting Location: The Outer Limits Teen Center
The Mountain Explorer daily programs start with a meet and greet session where you get to see what’s in store each day. A sampling of activities includes: kayaking, swimming, climbing wall, Low & High Ropes Courses, tie-dye, hikes and off-site waterfall adventures.
Program participants have the freedom to come and go as they please. There is a 15% lunch discount offered at the Green Mountain Deli for those who sign up for their activities during the morning check-in. Check-in begins each day at 10:00 am at the Outer Limits Teen Center where there will be postings of the events happening each day, as well as those occurring throughout the week. Interested participants will be able to sign up for some events in advance, while new events and offerings will become available each morning.

Certain activities are run on certain days but there may be some re-scheduling based on weather. Schedules are posted at the Outer Limits Teen Center.

Explorer BBQ & Swim Party (click for details)

Come and join us for an evening out at Rum Runners’ reservoir.
Along with a delicious BBQ dinner there will be a pre-dinner swim with fun on the Aqua Jump. Out of the water there will be games, snacks, and a campfire. We will be listening and playing music all night long so bring your iPods and any instruments you’d like to jam with. Teens return to the Village between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Don’t miss out on this fun evening!

Explorer Movie Night (click for details)

Join us on a trip to the Essex Cinemas!
A shuttle departs from the Outer Limits Teen Center at approximately 5:00 pm and returns between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm depending on the length of the movie. Counselors will designate two current movies for the campers to choose from no later than Tuesday. Includes transportation, movie ticket, small popcorn, and soda. Space is limited – advance registration and signed permission slip from parents are required.

Do you have the desire but are lacking the skills? This 2-day Skateboard Camp will help get you in tune. Focus on the fundamentals of balance, position, stopping, falling techniques and skating safety or learn new tricks.
Day two will find you headed for an afternoon of ollies and rails at an off-site skate park. Camp includes skilled instruction, individual skill assessment, video analysis, lunch and pool time. Helmet and pads required. All equipment provided if needed. Transportation provided for 2nd day field trip.

Golf Programs for Kids
Junior Intro to Golf — Open to ages 5 - 17.
This clinic is an introduction to the sport with a focus on the fundamentals, golf etiquette, beginning to swing, the importance of safety and FUN!
Tuesday & Wednesday, 4:30 pm -5:30 pm. $25 per person.Great Golf Escape for Beginners — Open to ages 13 & older.
Get started with the great game of golf in this one day program. Learn grip, posture and alignment along with swing fundamentals in the morning. Enjoy on course instruction in the afternoon at a local country club where you’ll play 3 or 4 holes and learn golf rules, etiquette and the “how to’s” of managing your game.
Tuesday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, $129 per person, lunch included, must provide own transportation. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Intermediate - Advanced Junior Clinic — Open to ages 12 - 17.
This clinic is designed for players who have some tennis playing experience to those who are currently playing high school tennis. The emphasis will be on shot-making, controlling the ball, and net play.

Skate Clinic Level 1Ages 7-18, Monday 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm & Tuesday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm & Thursday 10:00 am - 11:30 amLearn the basics of skateboarding and skateboarding safety in this kids only clinic. Learn balance and body position to gain comfort rolling and skating over changing terrain. Equipment provided. One and one half hour clinic.

Do you have trouble fitting in swim lessons for your children in your busy Summer schedule? Now you can incorporate your child’s and adult swim lessons into your Summer vacation! As an American Red Cross Authorized Provider, Smugglers' offers Red Cross Learn-to-Swim classes for ages 5 through adult.
These classes provide instruction to help swimmers develop their swimming and water safety skills. The program is designed to give students a positive learning experience. Learn-to-Swim teaches aquatic and safety skills in a logical progression. There are six learn-to-swim levels. Each level builds on skills learned in the previous level. Children who have not participated in Red Cross lessons previously will be placed appropriately based on their current swimming skills. Classes will have a 1 instructor to 6 student teaching ratio. The Learn-to-Swim program will meet in the morning to permit children to participate in Summer Fun University for the rest of the day.
Offered Monday - Friday. Ages 16 to adult. Levels 1 - 4 at 10:00 am - 10:30 am; levels 5 & 6 at 10:00 am - 10:45 am.
