Children in Adventure Rangers programs are given the opportunity to tailor their experience at Smuggs based upon their own interests. Within the Adventure Rangers program, they are grouped by age: 7 & 8 year olds and 9 & 10 year olds. Typical Child to Counselor Ratio 1:10. Our children's program activities are all CHALLENGE BY CHOICE. This means that if at any point a camper does not feel comfortable with any activity, he or she can either step aside and observe, or counselors may help the camper to find a more comfortable way to be a part of the group without doing the specific activity.
