Kids can pick and choose from our menu of four fun outings designed for ages 9 to 15.
High Adventure Experience Camp
This 3-day program, guided by Smuggs Counselors, will take you soaring higher than you thought you could ever go. We will spend one day at Smugglers' own Notchville Park, enjoying the Giant Swing, climbing wall, swimming and watersliding on The Twister. We will spend another day exploring the caves in Smugglers’ Notch Pass. Another day will be spent in the thrilling Via Ferrata experience including zipline, waterfall climb, Burma Bridge gorge crossing, and rock climbing. A portion of the day will be devoted to GeoCaching. We will provide the transportation, counselors, lunch, adventure and fun!
Tuesday — Thursday. 9:00 am — 4:00 pm, includes guides, lunch and transportation. 3-day, regular price $200 per person. FamilyFest guests take 25% OFF.
Canoe & Kayak River Day Trips
Counselors lead day trips down the Lamoille River. Each trip's starting and ending points will vary depending on water flows and depths. Enjoy cruising down the river with friends and cool off with a swim on the way. Counselors will be there to provide canoeing and kayaking tips along with supervision. A box lunch will be included along with an ice cream treat at the end of the trip.
Two separate trips offered on Monday or Wednesday. 9:00 am — 4:00 pm. Regular price $75 per person per trip, includes guides, transportation, boat rental and lunch. FamilyFest guests take 25% OFF.
Echo Center Day Trip
Visit the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center in nearby
Burlington guided by our own Summer Fun University counselors. Discover 70 live species and over 100 interactive experiences with seasonally changing exhibits and events exploring the Ecology, Culture, and History of Lake Champlain.

Smuggs Saturday Swim and Sand Spectacular Tour
Go on a guided tour with one of Smugglers' Summer Fun University Counselors to some of the local Vermont swimming holes, enjoy a picnic lunch, then head to the beach and swim in Lake Champlain at Sand Bar State Park. This is a great chance to enjoy a day of sun, fun and water with your friends.
Saturday. 9:00 am — 4:00 pm. Regular price $50 per person, includes guide, park entrance fee, transportation and lunch. FamilyFest guests take 25% OFF.
