| Accommodations are comfortable, fully equipped condominium homes with full kitchen facilities, most with air conditioning, fireplaces and balconies with mountain or woodland views. All are just a short walk or on-demand shuttle ride to The Village Center with dining and shopping, or to our many water playgrounds, hiking trails, kids’ program locations and all other activities.
We cater to families just like yours!
We recognize that your vacation time is precious — that you want to spend some quality time together as a family. We also understand that members of your family may have different interests and different expectations of what a vacation is to them. So every family member becomes a special guest to us. Mom might want to hike with us in the morning and spend the rest of the day in one of our creative or personal enhancement workshops, have a massage, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Dad might want to hit some golf balls at our driving range, head out to be challenged at a nearby championship course, or just unwind by a pool with a good book. Your 6-year-old might want to participate in a daily, supervised and organized camp program with other kids her age and your 10 year old can even go on an overnight hike. Your teen might want to get up a bit later, then spend his time flying down the Giant Rapid River Ride or hanging out at a Teen Center with his new friends. Endless choices—isn’t that what a vacation is supposed to have?
Our mountains are calling!
Best of all, your family will enjoy all our mountains have to offer. There are daily hikes that range from easier walks, to what we call wikes, to even more strenuous mountain hiking, all with our own, experienced guides and naturalists. Or you can take a self-guided hike of your own choice, at your own pace. But that’s not all - try a different way down the mountain: mountain boarding or digglering (either way, a ride you’ll not soon forget)! Or try your hand(s) at sport or rock climbing? There’s even a cool mountaineering treasure hunt called GeoCaching! How about water sports? Our mountain streams and rivers offer canoeing and kayaking as well as a raft of fishing trips for all types of anglers. Can’t you just hear our mountains calling you?
