For last minute cancellations, deposits are applied to a future stay. All package rates are subject to service charge, 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities and 18% gratuity on meal components. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival. Deposits for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be applied to future reservations. Check-out later than 11:00 am will result in a late check-out fee. Sorry, no pets; boarding is available locally.
