*These rates are based on a family of a family of 4 in a one-bedroom condominium. Larger and smaller accommodations packages are available for all family sizes. Other lengths of stay are also available. Packages available June 8, 2007 - September 3, 2007. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation - fully refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival. For last minute cancellations, deposits are applied to a future stay. All package rates are subject to service charge, 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities and 18% gratuity on meal components. These total additions, including service charge, equal 14.5% of the package rates. All rates are payable in U.S. Funds. This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting purchase of Vacation Ownership.

Make a reservation and don't worry - there's no risk of losing your deposit! A 50% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival. Deposits for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be applied to future reservations. Full payment in U.S. Funds is due upon arrival.
Check-in time: 5:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.
Check-out later than 11:00 am will result in a late check-out fee. Sorry, no pets; boarding is available locally. All package rates vary based on dates of stay and size of accommodations in our privately owned condominiums and are subject to change until deposit is received. Other multi-night stays also available. Daily maid service optional.
