One Giant Celebration All Week Long!

We're planning a great week of fun and games surrounding the Independence Day holiday! On July 4th, there will be a parade and country fair in nearby Jeffersonville followed by festivities on The Village Green at Smugglers' Notch Resort. Plus, enjoy a special evening celebration with live entertainment. We'll top off the evening with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk with the majestic Green Mountains as a back drop.
Mountainside BYOBBQ Party
Monday, July 1, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Join your neighbors for an old-fashioned family picnic. Meet new friends and learn about the week ahead. Complimentary community barbecue grill and condiments are provided. Bring your own entrée for your family to grill. Meet at Mountainside Water Playground.
Vermont Country Fair & Variety Show
Tuesday, July 2, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Join us on the Village Green, alive with color, laughter, and music for an old-fashioned evening of family fun. Jammin' Sam hosts this magical evening of games, races, food, and music. Note: The Country Fair will not take place on Thursday this week.
Big Smuggle
Wednesday, July 3, starting at 9:00 am Family teams navigate a race course consisting of several challenge stations before returning to the finish. Preregistration required. Ages 5 & older. Meet on the Village Green.
July 4th Celebration Smuggs-Style!
In Jeffersonville: 10:00 am Independence Day Parade — Create Hope in the World 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Main Street Celebration featuring artists & art galleries, vendors, wine & beer, live music by Les Dead Ringers, library book sale, food, games, and more!
Back at Smugglers'
We'll have food trucks, popcorn, and more, including: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm:Jammin' Sam is your host on the Village Green with music for all ages. 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm A House On Fire, live music Dusk Enjoy the spectacular fireworks against the backdrop of the Green Mountains.
