- You must have an annual household income of at least $70,000, unless age 55 or over and retired or fully employed, in which case no income requirement applies.
- You must attend a timeshare sales presentation of up to 120 minutes during your stay. If married, engaged or cohabitating, both partners will need to participate and both need to be 28 years of age or older. Your presentation with us will be enjoyable and informative. We invite you to take advantage of our special 30% - 50% SAVINGS o ffer. All we ask is that you make your reservation by June 15, 2016, and attend a timeshare sales presentation of up to 120 minutes. If married, engaged or cohabitating, both partners will need to participate. Certain exclusions apply, space-available basis and may not be combined with any other o ffer. All package rates subject to service fee, 9% Vermont Meals & Rooms Tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities and 18% gratuity on meal components. These total additions plus service fee equal 15% of the package price. A 50% deposit is required to make your reservation and is fully refundable up to seven days prior to your scheduled arrival. For New York residents - the price range of timesharing interests offered ranges from $11,800-$92,000 and is subject to change without notice. For last-minute cancellations, deposits will be applied to another vacation within two years! All rates payable in U.S. Funds.
