The Smugglers' Notch Tennis Program is looking for an experienced tennis instructor to fill the position of Assistant Tennis Director. Essential duties and responsiblities include conducting guest check-ins to the resort, orienting them to the village, performing POS transactions, collecting payments and also acts as the switchboard operator and performs the duties of the front desk during the hours of 11:00pm - 7:00am. Follows work orders and schedule from manager. Responsible for the upkeep and routine maintenance of the truck mount carpet cleaning equipment on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. As a core member of an IT team the individual will provide technical support for issues involving existing IT and Telecommunication systems and applications as well as participate in multiple projects to enhance or replace current systems and applications, which produce marketing, financial and operational information. Oversees the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity across the organization. Also supports hardware and software troubleshooting efforts. Requires knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel Macros, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic Scripting. SNAP is the Smugglers' Notch Adaptive Program. We are seeking fun and energetic individuals to work with special needs children, both one on one and in a group setting within our Summer Fun University camp program for children ages 3 to 17. Smugglers' Notch is looking for applicants with a Dance, Music, or Education background to work with youths ages 6 to 15 in our Sound and Stage summer camp program. A great summer job for students in these Majors. This program runs Monday through Friday for 13 weeks and is approximately 35 hours per week.

Caregivers must have the ability to nurture and care for our youngest guests by meeting their physical and emotional needs in a licensed, group setting. Knowledge of child development and experience with young children are strongly preferred. Other responsibilities include playing with the children, feeding, diapering/toileting,and communicating with parents. The job is physically demanding: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, bending, squatting, reaching and playing outdoors daily. Wage is determined by relevant experience and education.
