Description/essential duties & responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include taking ski rental reservations, assisting with the disbursement of rental equipment, operating the cash register and computer system, making bill adjustments and collecting and recording data related to equipment use. Responsible for following cash handling procedures and accounts for daily cash-ups. Familiarity with the layout of the Resort and ability to give directions to all locations. Maintains cleanliness of facility and a well-organized work area. Responds positively, to guest and employee questions and comments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Hours of operation are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Various full-time and part-time positions available. Must be able to work any weekday, weekend or holiday shift scheduled. All pre-season training is mandatory.
