Description/essential duties & responsibilities
Responsibilities include overseeing cooking and customer service staff. Assures that all sanitation and safety procedures are followed. Prior experience working in a large volume deli or cafeteria helpful. Great customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment a must. Ability to train others on specific preparation methods and presentations required. Must be a team player and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Shifts vary from 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. Must be able to work any weekday, weekend or holiday shifts scheduled. All pre-season training is mandatory.
