Additional June values include a 50 percent discount on childcare and a Father's Day Celebration with special family meals and a gift for dads and granddads.
For guests booking a Smugglers' Summer package during the period from June 11-30, 2010, Smugglers' offers 50 percent off child care at its million-dollar mountainside nursery Treasures, giving flexibility to parents to enjoy the Resort's activities or attractions in the area. Fully licensed by the state of Vermont, the bright and cheery facility accommodates children from 6 weeks to 3 years old who enjoy indoor and outdoor playtime with trained caregivers. The nursery features age appropriate toys, books and activities; an attached outdoor playground; giant fish tanks in every room; and one-way mirror viewing for parents wishing to do a quick check on their little ones. Older children may enjoy nature discovery, short hikes, and trips to the pool.
From June 11-26, 2010, Smugglers' Father's Day Celebration is available on stays of 5 nights or more. In addition to the package inclusions outlined below, Father's Day Celebration features a special gift for dads and granddads, a $100 gift certificate to the Resort's sport shop. Also included is a Vermont-style dinner, 50 percent off child care at Treasures, a family breakfast on a choice of days, and an arrival gift from award-winning Cabot Cheese of Vermont.
Smugglers' is known for its extensive selection of family activities and beautiful location in Vermont's northern Green Mountains. The Resort's FamilyFest Vacation Package offers great value with inclusions of mountainside Resort lodging; daily award-winning all day children's programs for ages 3-17; unlimited use of eight heated pools and four waterslides; daily guided walks and hikes; two teen centers; mini golf; and use of the skate park. Family programs and entertainment included in the package are bingo, dance parties, a family magic show, and more, and nightly entertainment for adults is also included. The FunZone Family Entertainment Center is an indoor play center for all ages that to enjoy climbing and bouncy inflatables such as a giant slide and obstacle course, plus a kids' climbing wall, miniature golf and arcade games.
The Resort's new SimplySmuggs Vacation Package features all of the above inclusions with the exception of children's all-day camps, allowing families to make their vacation program choices with flexibility by selecting and paying for the specific children's programs they want at a discounted rate.
Rates for a family of four in a one bedroom mountainside condominium start at $876 for the SimplySmuggs Vacation Package and $1092 for the FamilyFest Vacation Package.
Budget-conscious vacationers will appreciate the Resort's Family Fun guarantee and flexible cancellation policy. Smugglers' Family Fun Guarantee assures that if a guest participates in one of the Resort's programs and doesn't have fun, the cost of that particular program will be refunded. With the cancellation policy, deposits will be refunded on cancellations received seven days or more prior to a scheduled arrival. Within seven days, deposits will be applied to a future reservation within two years, offering flexibility to today's busy and value-conscious travelers.
