Autumn package rates are the lowest rates of the year
The Scoop: In northern Vermont, Smugglers’ Notch Resort lures guests with its six activity-based stay-to-play packages. Each hinges on a theme in a multi-night format from September 7 — October 12, 2009, the lowest rate period of the year.
Each of the packages combines theme-based activities together with mountainside Resort Village condominium lodging, daily guided nature hikes, pools, hot tubs and waterslides (indoors after mid-September), evening entertainment for adults and families, tennis, volleyball, movies, Skate Park and Disc Golf. The FunZone indoor family game & entertainment center is open Friday through Sunday.
The AutumnFest Package offers the inclusions above, allowing travelers to enjoy the Resort's many amenities during the lowest rate period of the year. Guests on this package staying 3 nights or longer may stay an extra night at no additional cost. For families, Kids' Connection can be added on to allow families traveling with children ages 6 weeks to 7 years access to daily programming at Smugglers' million-dollar child care center, TREASURES. Kids' Connection includes half-day and full-day programs for the kiddies and lunch. Kids' Connection is regularly priced at $85 per day; guests on the AutumnFest package may add Kids' Connection for only $45 per day.
For a three night stay, AutumnFest package rates start at $310 for a family of four in a one bedroom mountainside condominium.
The Great Golf Escape, available September 25 - 27, 2009, offers an international scramble at a nearby course, Disc Golf, mini-golf and one half-day in-Resort golf cart rental. A Montreal Day Trip and Taste of Vermont Day Trip (Smuggs does the driving and guiding) make up the special details of the See Vermont & Beyond Package offered September 7 - October 12, 2009.
