The Kestrels (1-6, 13-18) have a furnished three-season screened in porch and seasonal access to an eight-person hot tub adjacent to the building. The hot tubs will not be available for winter 2020-2021. They also have access to the North Hill Aquatics & Community Center with year-round children's water play pool, indoor heated lap pool, hot tubs, exercise room, and changing facility. In winter, there is a tube sliding hill with defined hours of operation. In summer, there is also an outdoor waterslide with splash pool and seating area along with children's playground and sand volleyball court. Premium home charge applies to vacation package purchase.
