That's why we start our 90-minute Vacation Ownership presentation by getting to know you. We find we can do this best when one of our Associates meets with you privately. All of our Associates are licensed real estate professionals and strictly adhere to the ethical standards of their profession. While you discuss the type of vacations your family takes most often with one of our Associates over a cup of coffee, we'll gladly take care of your children with our compliments. Once we understand your vacation preferences, needs and desires, we'll help you determine which of our many Vacation Ownership options may interest you.
Next, we'll escort you on a personalized tour of the Resort. You'll visit the appropriate model homes, recreation and program facilities. Of course, all of our model homes are open daily, so you can return for further exploration at your leisure during your stay. In addition to learning about these homes, you'll also learn about Smugglers' future plans.
After the tour, we'll return to the office to answer any other questions you might have about Vacation Ownership, including prices and benefits of Ownership at Smugglers'. With your permission, your Associate will follow up with you while you are at the Resort to answer any additional questions that may arise after your presentation.
