Log Jam opened a few days ago. Riglet Park a few days before that. Night School for Jibbing has been going off every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. That leaves us with Prohibition Park and The Zone. Good news…all the whales in The Zone have been pushed out and the park will be built tomorrow! Keep an eye on Sterling lift rider’s right to see what’s going on and keep an ear out for the relaxing sound of a turbo diesel snowcat! What a great sound that is.
Also, we are stoked to announce a new rail jam that’s coming to Smuggs this year. In addition to the Slopeside Rail Jam, we will be hosting a nighttime jam outside the Baselodge! Rails for Ryan, presented by Gnar Bear is going down on Friday, January 25th at 6:00 pm. Join us at the Madonna/Sterling Base Lodge for an evening rail jam under the lights. Entry is free, with a suggested $5 donation to benefit the Flyin Ryan Foundation. Compete or just join us for a good time. Schwag and other prizes will be awarded to those who step up and really throw down. Registration will be starting at 5:00 pm at the Base Lodge! This is sure to be a hit so tell everyone you know!

Could we get an update on what features will be set up at the zone? Those who will be riding may have some good ideas
As of now, from top to bottom:
-Down Bar
-Up Box
-Jump
-Trap Hit
-Flat Down Flat next to the Down Flat Down
-Flat to Drop to Down
More is still to come!
What else would you like to see @NickF?
I’d love to see a wall ride and a c-box. Very good for getting technical.
Ben- there is a c-box at the bottom of the zone, rider’s right. Also, have you had a chance to check out any of the walls in Knight’s Revenge? They all vary in size and shape. Perfect for getting technical.

So, its basically like a rail garden? Yet, the zone is meant to be more jump and air focused right? Will you guys be adding more jumps as the year goes on?
Also, where is the rail jam going to be this weekend? whats the set up looking like for that?
awesome. how big is the jump? multiple lips? the fdf and dfd boxes or rails?
Are you guys gonna be putting in any big jumps this year or no?
What size is the jump?
