One-bedroom condos feature one to three beds and one spacious bathroom, offering just the right configuration for family relaxation. Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, families have the best option of all when it comes to dining: choice. A comfortable living room with fireplaces, where everyone can snuggle in and enjoy cable TV, Internet access, and the views afforded by an adjacent deck. In-home laundry facilities are available. 5-bedroom condominium

Our most spacious units feature everything a bigger bunch could want: five bedrooms with one to three beds each, two to four bathrooms, an ample and comfortable dining area and living room, with queen pullout couch, deck, cable TV, and Internet access. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a dishwasher. All units feature a fireplace and in-home laundry facilities. Maid service and a wireless broadband Internet connection are also available for a nominal fee.

No Risk Deposit Policy:Make your reservation and don't worry - there's no risk of losing your deposit! A 50% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival. Other cancellation deposits will be applied to a future reservation within the next 2 years! Full payment is due upon arrival. All rates payable in U.S. Funds.

Family Fun Guarantee!If any member of your family participates in one of our Summer children's programs for at least two days and doesn't have fun, we'll refund the entire program portion of that family member's stay. It's as simple as that.

All package rates are subject to service charge, 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities and 18% gratuity on meal components. These total additions plus service charge equal 15% of the package price.
