West Hill Community is located mid-way up Morse Mountain on the west side of Smugglers’ Notch Resort, featuring spectacular sunset views of the Smugglers’ Notch Valley to the northwest, often with Alpen Glow on the Sterling Mountain range to the East. Overlooking The Village Center, the hub of activity, this hillside setting allows you luxury and convenience with access to The Village via the Meadowlark Trail or convenient, on-call, in-resort shuttle. Vacationers in the two- and three-bedroom homes at Falcons in West Hill also have access to a workout room in the building and private use of a large outdoor spa overlooking the mountains and Smugglers’ Notch Pass. Falcons also offers EV Charging. A two-port ChargePoint station is located in the Falcons building parking lot in the West Hill Community. Rates vary between $0.16 – $0.24 per kWh. Falcons Owners and guests staying at Falcons receive discounted rates.
Any location at West Hill is a great place to view our weekly winter fireworks display or our grand July 4th Celebration in the summer. The well-appointed accommodations at West Hill include one-, two-, and three-bedroom, fully equipped condominium homes. Each home has a large living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, outdoor balcony, several televisions with DVD players, plus air conditioning in each bedroom. These homes have one or two full baths, depending on the size of the home.
Guests at West Hill have exclusive use of the West Hill Community Center, which features a year-round outdoor heated pool, exercise room, game room with ping-pong and video games, and more. Enjoy spectacular views of Smugglers’ Notch Pass and the surrounding hillside in the fall. Walking and hiking trails pass through this scenic location.
In the summer and winter, a convenient, on-call, in-resort shuttle service can take you anywhere in The Village. West Hill also features an outdoor water play area, The Splash Grounds, and an extensive children’s playground in summer.
