27541064_10160047445210442_3541522061022501394_nThere is a Winter Storm Warning in effect from Wednesday, February 7th at 7 am till Thursday, February 8th at 7am. The heaviest snow will fall between noon and 7pm Wednesday. We could see up to 13 inches of new snow by Thursday morning. There is also more snow in the forecast for Friday and Friday night. Last night we made snow on Lower Exhibition and Lower Rumrunner. We are 100 percent open with top to bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 6 lifts operating. We have all 78 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. Today’s forecast is calling for snow showers early then flurries later 1 to 2 inches of accumulation possible with a high of 23 degrees. 40 trails have been groomed for today, including Upper Drifter, Smugglers’ Alley, and Snow Snake for a grand total of 140 acres of freshly groomed terrain.

    How are the roads when the area gets this much snow? Long Island almost shuts down as plows try to catch up. Driving into Smuggs for the past 4 years everything was great.
    Oh, I’m still driving the highlander 4W drive!

      The State of Vermont does a wonderful job plowing our roads. We are so excited to get all this snow! You will have a great vacation for sure!
