It is adding up fast!

We received 2 inches of new snow overnight and 8 inches in the past week. Today’s forecast is calling for snow showers with another 3 to 5 inches of accumulation possible and a high of 26 degrees. Today we have Sterling Lift and Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet operating with terrain for all ability levels. We now have 19 trails open, including Highlander Glades. Surface conditions are machine groomed and packed powder with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches.  This weekend we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains. We plan to have the Madonna II lift operating and the Mogul Mouse Magic Lift open to mid-station.

Tonight’s forecast is calling for snow showers mainly after midnight with an inch of accumulation possible. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for snow showers 2 to 4 inches of accumulation possible with a high of 24 degrees. Tomorrow we plan to have Sterling lift and Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet operating. We have 18 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 6 out of the 18 trails will be groomed for tomorrow for a grand total of 22 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are machine groomed and variable with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. Last night we made snow on Garden Path and Lower Morse Liftline.

We received 2 inches of new snow in the past 24 hours and 10 inches in the past 5 days. This weekend we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains. We plan to have Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift open to mid-station and we also plan to have the Madonna II Lift operating. 6 out of the 18 trails will be groomed for tomorrow for a grand total of 23 acres of freshly groomed terrain.

Tomorrow we plan to have Sterling Lift and Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet operating. We have 14 trails open with terrain for beginners, intermediates, and experts. Last night and today we made snow on Meadowlark, Lower Morse Liftline, Wanderer, the Sledding Hill, and the Magic Learning Trail. Tonight we plan to groom 7 out of the 14 trails, including Smugglers’ Alley for a grand total of 25 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Currently, it is cloudy and 18 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Tonight’s forecast is calling for snow with an inch of accumulation possible. Tomorrow’s forecast is cloudy skies with a chance of snow and a high of 24 degrees. This weekend we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains. We plan to have the Mogul Mouse Magic Lift open to mid-station and we also plan to have the Madonna II lift operating.

We received 2 inches of new snow overnight making our season total 26 inches. 7 out of the 14 trails have been groomed for today for a grand total of 25 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Snowmaking continues around the clock on Lower FIS, Lower Madonna Liftline, and Mulcahy’s Link. Today’s forecast is calling for skies becoming partly sunny with a high of 18 degrees.

2 Lifts and 13 Trails Open

Tomorrow we plan to have Sterling Lift and Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpets operating. We have terrain available for beginners, intermediates, and experts. Today we started with 7 open trails and by the end of the day, we had 13 open trails. The trails that opened throughout the day were Thomke’s, Hangman’s, Upper Pipeline, Upper Exhibition, Chute, and Hangman’s Drop. We plan to have these trails open tomorrow also. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies with a high of 25 degrees. We plan to groom 7 out of the 13 trails for tomorrow for a grand total of 25 acres of freshly groomed terrain.

We have 9 trails open, including Smugglers’ Alley. 7 out of the 9 trails have been groomed for today. Thomke’s is now open and Upper Exhibition is open from Upper Rumrunner down to Treasure Run. We are presently making snow on Lower Madonna Liftline, Lower FIS, and Mulcahy’s Link.

Happy Thanksgiving

We received 3 to 4 inches of new snow in the past 24 hours. Tomorrow is the Opening Day of the 2019 – 2020 Winter Season. We plan to have Sterling Lift and Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpets operating. We plan to have 7 trails open with terrain for beginners, intermediates, and experts. We may open more trails due to the new snow.
