We plan to have both Midway and Meadowlark open tomorrow. That means that you can ski or ride to and from the upper mountains. Midway will be open from the top of the Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift. We plan to have 5 lifts operating tomorrow, Village, Sterling, Madonna 2, Mogul Mouse’s Magic, and Sir Henry’s Glider. We have 44 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 16 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Smugglers’ Alley, Lower Chilcoot, and Garden Path for a total of 100 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with average base depths of 10 to 40 inches. We are presently making snow on Midway. Currently, it is 22 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 0 to 5 mph. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for cloudy skies with a slight chance of freezing rain or rain, breezy, a high of 36 degrees at the base and 41 degrees at higher elevations.
