Good day sunshine

3 Mountain Logo

Tomorrow we plan to have top-to-bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 5 lifts operating, including the Madonna 1 Lift. We have 64 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 27 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Snake Bite, McPherson’s, Curley’s Cutback, Sir Henry’s, Thomke’s, and Smugglers’ Alley for a total of 163 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with average base depths of 12 to 42 inches. Morse Highlands is presently closed due to snowmaking operations on Sam’s Run and Dixie’s Knoll. Currently, it is 4 degrees at the summit of Sterling with clear skies and winds of 5 to 10 mph. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for a chance of a snow shower early then partly sunny skies later in the day with a high of 17 degrees at the base and 12 degrees at higher elevations. These temperatures will warm compared to the past couple of days, but cold temperatures are good for snowmaking! The feature photo was taken on Lower Catwalk this afternoon.
