Day 1: Arrive and Explore

Your family can check in to the condo at Smugglers’ Notch Resort in the late afternoon. With multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room, there’s plenty of room to unwind after a day of travel or gather around the dining table for dinner.

Take advantage of the many amenities available in your condo, ensuring everyone feels right at home.

Then, hop on the free Resort shuttle and explore the grounds. Kick off your stay with some fun and games that the whole family can enjoy, from grandparents to the little ones, by trying corn hole, shuffleboard, and bocce. Afterward, take a leisurely stroll among the mountains and get ready for an exciting week ahead!

Day 2: Fun and Creativity

Morning

Good morning! With your whole family in tow, it’s likely that not everyone will want the same breakfast. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Whether Grandma wants to enjoy a leisurely sit-down meal at Morse Mountain Grille or you prefer to grab a quick latte and pastry from the Perk Café before heading out, we have options for everyone.

Not every minute of your vacation needs to be planned, but Morse Mining is a great way to start your trip, where you will uncover Vermont’s natural treasures. It’s an activity for the whole family, from grandparents to the littlest of tykes, to enjoy.

If you’re feeling creative after mining, grab the fam and head over to I-Did-A-Cart. Your whole family will come together and let imaginations run wild like your derby dummy. Will your family win for most creative cart, biggest crash, or fastest down the hill?

Afternoon

Refuel at the ReFuel Café with lunch filled with family favorites, including a new make-your-own Sundae bar! No matter your age, a sundae bar is always a good idea.

Take some time to relax and enjoy a mellow activity with your family—candle-making is the perfect choice. Located in the FunZone 2.0 Party Room, your family can gather around a table and showcase their creativity by making colorful, functional keepsakes. While you’re here, explore FunZone 2.0, which is filled with indoor and outdoor fun and includes a giant inflatable slide, mini-golf, and laser tag.

It’s been a pretty full day, so why not spend the afternoon exploring the Resort’s pools and waterparks, complete with waterslides, splash pads, and lazy rivers? The adults can also order a daiquiri or pina colada from either the Cabana or ReFuel Café while the kids shoot hoops or fly down the slides.

Evening

The beauty of having a spacious condo with a full kitchen is that everyone can retreat to their own space to recharge. On your way back to the room, grab a prepared to-go pizza so you can keep dinner simple.

After dinner, hop on the shuttle and make your way to Marko’s Family Magic show on the Village Green. After you’ve been thoroughly amazed, it’s off to see who can make a hole-in-one at Glow Mini Golf. Will the seniors beat the kiddos?

Day 3: Adventure and Entertainment

Morning

It’s time for everyone to get out into nature with a walk the whole family can enjoy. Discover the fascinating world of fungi with our Mushroom Hunt. Learn about the many edible mushrooms in the area as well as their toxic look-alikes. This hour-and-a-half walk will take you on a trail through the woods along a brook, offering an engaging and educational experience for the whole family.

While the kids are having a blast, it’s time for you and the rest of the adults to enjoy the special Farm to Table Dinner and Organic Farm tour. Enjoy a hayride and appetizers followed by a multi-course dinner with all the ingredients harvested locally from the Valley Dream Farm.

Evening

As the evening approaches, your whole family is invited to the Adventure Tent to create colorful tie-dye shirts. This creative activity is perfect for all ages and will leave you with a vibrant, wearable keepsake from your trip.

Finally, unwind under the stars with a family-friendly movie on the Village Green. It’s the perfect way to end a fun-filled day and enjoy a relaxing night with your loved ones.
