New Year’s Eve Eve

3 Mountain Logo

We received an inch of new snow, and tonight’s forecast calls for another 1 to 2 inches of accumulation. Tomorrow’s forecast calls for cloudy skies with a chance of flurries a high of 25 degrees at the base and 18 degrees at higher elevations. We plan to resume snow-making operations on Midway, Meadowlark, Birch Run, Lower Rumrunner, and base areas tonight. Tomorrow, we plan to have the Village Lift, Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift, Sterling Lift, and Sir Henry’s Glider all operating. We have 15 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. All 15 trails will be groomed for tomorrow. Surface conditions are machine groomed and loose granular with average base depths of 12 to 36 inches.

Morse Mountain will be open to uphill travel on New Year’s Eve from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am. Please stay away from snowmaking on Midway and other trails. If you carry it in, please carry it out. Be careful and have fun!
