Snowmaking resumes

3 Mountain Logo

I would like to give a shout-out to our mountain operations crew. They work around the clock to provide us with mountains of adventure and mountains of fun. From getting more trails open, to laying down perfect corduroy, to keeping the lifts spinning, all for our skiing and riding pleasure. We thank you! Today we have the Sterling Lift, Sir Henry’s Glider, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift open to mid-station. We have 24 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. Currently, it is 10 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 5 to 15 mph. Today’s forecast is calling for mostly cloudy skies with snow developing late an inch of accumulation possible, a high of 22 degrees at the base and 17 degrees at higher elevations. Surface conditions are machine groomed and variable with average base depths of 8 to 38 inches. 9 trails have been groomed for today, including Smugglers’ Alley for a total of 41 acres of freshly groomed terrain. We are presently making snow on Lower Morse Liftline, Garden Path, and Meadowlark.
