I skied on all 3 mountains today. It was nice to see rime ice in the trees at the summit of Sterling this morning. The temperature will fall below freezing tonight, top to bottom, on all 3 mountains. We have another spring-like day in store tomorrow with sunshine. Currently, it is partly cloudy and 30 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Tomorrow’s forecast is mostly sunny skies with a high of 49 degrees at the base and 42 degrees at higher elevations. There is colder temperatures and snow in the forecast for this weekend and Monday. We plan to have 6 lifts operating tomorrow, including the Madonna I Lift. We have 36 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 27 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Upper FIS, Smugglers’ Alley, and Sam’s Run, for a total of 106 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are machine groomed and spring conditions with average base depths of 8 to 32 inches.
