Tonight: Snow showers. Low around 15 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Thursday: Snow showers likely, mainly before noon. Partly sunny, with the temperature falling to around 9 degrees by 5 pm. The chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Tomorrow we plan to have top to bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 5 lifts operating, including the Madonna I Lift. We have 72 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. Surface conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with base depths of 16 to 50 inches. 28 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including McPherson’s, Snow Snake, and Jolly Rodger for a grand total of 116 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Currently, it is cloudy and 28 degrees at the summit of Sterling.
