Picture perfect day

After six consecutive days of snowfall, it was nice to see the sun again. Don’t get me wrong, if it snowed today I would have been happy. The bluebird skies against all the fresh snow were beautiful today. It started off a little cool today, but the sun worked its magic and by this afternoon we had temperatures in the 20’s. The weather is going to change again with tomorrow’s forecast being snow and sleet with 1 to 2 inches of accumulation possible and a chance of mixed precipitation or rain, a high of 38 degrees. Tomorrow we plan to have top to bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with all 8 lifts operating. We plan to have 77 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. Surface conditions are packed powder and powder with base depths of 16 to 50 inches. 35 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Upper FIS, Snow Snake, and Jolly Rodger.
