18 out of the 21 open trails have been groomed for today for a grand total of 84 acres. Today we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 5 lifts operating, Madonna II Lift, Sterling Lift, Village Lift, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift. We are presently making snow on Upper Chilcoot. Surface conditions are machine groomed and packed powder with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. Currently it is cloudy and 27 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Today’s forecast is calling for a slight chance of flurries early then skies becoming partly sunny with a high of 31 degrees.

Tomorrow we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 5 lifts operating, Sterling Lift, Madonna II Lift, Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, and the Village Lift. Snowmaking is moving to Madonna Mountain. Snowmakers are presently turning snowguns on Upper Chilcoot! We plan to make snow on Upper Chilcoot tonight and as long as the temperature allows tomorrow. The snowmaking guns on Log Jam and Dixie’s Knoll have been shut off. We plan to have the Morse Highlands area open on Monday. Tomorrow we plan to have 21 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 18 out of the 21 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Smugglers’ Alley for a grand total of 84 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Currently, it is partly sunny and 20 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for partly sunny skies with a high of 33 degrees. Surface conditions are machine groomed and packed powder with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches.

Today we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 5 lifts operating, Sterling Lift, Village Lift, Madonna II Lift, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift. We now have 23 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 17 out of the 23 trails have been groomed for today for a grand total of 72 acres of freshly groomed terrain. We are presently making snow on Dixie’s Knoll, Log Jam, Riglet Park, and the base of Village Lift. Surface conditions are machine groomed and packed powder with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. Today’s forecast is calling for partly sunny skies with a high of 25 degrees. We have a temperature inversion this morning, it is 17 degrees at the summit of Sterling and 6 degrees in the Village right now.

3 inches of new snow overnight and 10 inches in the past 4 days!

Today we have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains. We have 4 lifts operating, Sterling, the Madonna II, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift to the summit. We now have 19 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. We are presently making snow on Lower Morse Liftline, Sam’s Run, Dixie’s Knoll, and the Riglet Park. Lower Morse Liftline is closed today due to snowmaking. Currently, it is 16 degrees at the summit of Sterling with flurries and winds of 0 to 5 mph. Today’s forecast is calling for snow showers with 2 to 4 inches of accumulation possible and a high of 18 degrees. Tonight’s forecast is also snow with another 1 to 3 inches of accumulation possible.

We received 2 inches of new snow today and 48 inches this season so far. Tomorrow we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains. We plan to have 4 lifts operating, Sterling, Madonna II, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift to the top. We have 15 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 14 out of the 15 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Smugglers’ Alley for a grand total of 60 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Currently, it is still snowing and 18 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies with a high of 25 degrees. Tonight we plan to make snow on Lower Rumrunner, Birch Run, and Meadowlark.

We have 15 skiable trails and 7 lift accessible trails open today. The Sterling and Madonna II lifts are presently on wind hold. Today we have Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift open to the summit and we also have Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpets operating. Currently, it is snowing and 25 degrees at the summit of Sterling with wind gusts over 35 mph. Today’s forecast is calling for snow showers up to 4 inches of accumulation possible with a high of 27 degrees and windy. Surface conditions are machine groomed and loose granular with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. All 7 trails have been groomed for today for a grand total of 25 acres of freshly groomed terrain. We plan to resume snowmaking tonight. There is snow in the forecast for Tuesday with 2 to 4 inches of accumulation possible. The Never Summer Snowboard Demo at the Base Lodge has been cancelled for today.

We now have 15 trails open, including Midway and Meadowlark. 14 out of the 15 trails have been groomed for today for a grand total of 60 acres. Currently, it is 36 degrees at the summit of Sterling with light rain and winds of 10 to 15 mph. Surface conditions are machine groomed and variable with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. Today’s forecast is calling for a chance of rain showers with a high of 45 degrees. Tonight’s forecast is calling for rain becoming snow 1 to 3 inches of accumulation. Tomorrow’s forecast is snow with another 3 inches of accumulation possible.

Tomorrow we plan to have 4 lifts operating, Madonna II Lift, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, Sterling, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift. We now have 15 trails open, including Midway and Meadowlark with terrain for all ability levels. All 15 trails will be groomed for tomorrow for a grand total of 66 acres of freshly groomed. Surface conditions are machine groomed and variable with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. Today we made snow on Midway, Meadowlark, Birch Run, and the Practice Slope. Currently it is cloudy and 25 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 10 to 15 mph. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for rain with a high of 41 degrees. The rain becomes snow on Saturday night with 1 to 3 inches of accumulation possible. There is snow in the forecast for Sunday also with another 1 to 2 inches of accumulation possible. We plan to resume snowmaking on Sunday night.

We now have 33 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 11 out of the 33 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Smugglers’ Alley for a grand total of 40 acres of freshly groomed terrain. We are presently making snow on Garden Path, Midway, Meadowlark, and Lower Morse Liftline.  Surface conditions are packed powder and powder with average base depths of 12 to 48 inches. Currently it is partly cloudy and 11 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 0 to 5 mph. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for partly sunny skies early with increasing clouds and a high of 29 degrees.

Today we plan to have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains. We plan to have 4 lifts operating, Madonna II, Sterling, Sir Henry’s Wonder Carpet, and Mogul Mouse Magic Lift open to mid-station. We now have 28 trails open with terrain for all ability levels.

11 out of the 28 trails have been groomed for today, including Smugglers’ Alley for a grand total of 40 acres of freshly groomed terrain.
