24th Annual BrewFest, Part 1 - You're in the right place — Vermont has the highest number of breweries per capita. Our BrewFest highlights some of our state's excellent breweries plus regional favorites and craft ciders. Enjoy samples from Stony Creek, Sierra Nevada, Sam Adams, Angry Orchard Cider, and Truly Spiked and Sparkling. If your tastes run closer to home, don't miss samples from Vermont's own Long Trail, Magic Hat, Otter Creek, Shed, Boyden Valley, Citizen Cider, Zero Gravity, and Harpoon. More breweries are being added; stay tuned! A DJ spins the tunes and the Mountain Grille puts on a tasty appetizer buffet. 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm in the Meeting House. Tickets are available at the door; $22 entry includes 8 samples, munchies, and a souvenir sampling glass. 21 & older, please. BrewFest group lodging packages are available for groups of 20 or more; please call 800-521-0536.

The Cambridge Area Rotary annual Ski, Ride, and Winter Sports Sale annual fundraiser for the Winter Wellness Program. This program sends every Cambridge Elementary School 4th, 5th and 6th grade student to Smuggler's Notch Resort each winter. Every child, no matter their ability or disability, is included. The students go to Smugglers' Notch Resort for an entire week to experience outdoor activities including skiing, boarding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. We fund transportation, equipment rentals, lift passes, and lessons for each child. Our members assist the school in providing chaperones both on and off the mountain and help in the rental shop teaching the children how to put on their equipment. When necessary, we even provide appropriate winter clothing. Without this program, many of our children would be unable to ever experience activities at a mountain that is just six miles from their school. Consignment drop off is Friday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm .
