Ski & Snowboard All-Day Camp
Available for ages 3-15 years
Explore our award-winning children’s ski and snowboard programs at Snow Sport University. Our signature kids’ program delivers an unforgettable adventure, featuring dedicated mountain time with expert instructors. Kids will also enjoy lunches with their guides and extended afternoon sessions to sharpen their skills while exploring the slopes.
Group Ski & Snowboard Lessons

Night School
Available for ages 7 & older
Discover the excitement of skiing and snowboarding under the stars with our Night School programs. Night School for Boarding or Skiing is perfect for beginners looking to learn the basics of the sports under the stars, with our expert instructors guiding you every step of the way. For those eager to master freestyle tricks, Night School for Jibbing offers the ideal setting to practice on boxes and rails in a fun, supportive environment. Both programs provide a unique, exciting way to enjoy the slopes and make lasting family memories.
Learn to Ski & Ride Package
Available for ages 7 & older!
Ready to try skiing or snowboarding for the first time? Our Learn to Ski and Ride Package is the perfect starting point, bundling a first-time group lesson with a lift ticket to our beginner mountain and rental equipment. We want you to fall in love with winter sports, so we’ve made it easy and accessible for everyone!
What Level Am I?
Knowing your ability level is an important step in the process.
We offer seven levels of skiing and snowboarding to cater to all skill levels, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone in the family. From “First Time,” designed to complete beginners taking their first steps on the snow to “Master the Mountain,” where advanced skiers and riders can refine their techniques and tackle challenging terrain, we have something for everyone.

First Time 🟢 | You have not snowboarded in the past, or it has been a long time since you have. Lessons usually take place at the SSU greeting area but may move to Sir Henry’s Hill. Learning basics about equipment, movement, and balance. | You have skied in the past but still need work controlling your equipment on beginner terrain. Lessons usually take place on beginner terrain located at Sir Henry’s Hill riding the Wonder Carpet but may move to mid-station on the chairlift. You are mastering the basics of turning, stopping, and riding the chairlift. |
Beginner 🟢 | You have snowboarded in the past but still need work controlling your equipment. Familiarity with controlling the heel and toe edges. Lessons usually take place on beginner terrain located at Sir Henry’s Hill riding the Wonder Carpet but may move to mid-station on the chairlift. You are mastering the basics of turning, stopping, and riding the chairlift. | You are familiar with riding the chairlift and are able to control your equipment to link turns and stop safely on green terrain accessed from Morse Mountain lifts. Lessons start by riding the chairlift to mid-station to access green terrain. They may then move to the top of Morse Mountain or the Morse Highlands area as skill levels and surface conditions permit. |
Novice 🟢 | You are familiar with the chairlift and can control equipment to link turns edge to edge safely on green terrain. Lessons start by riding the chairlift to mid-station to access green terrain. They may then move to the top of Morse Mountain or the Morse Highlands area as skill levels and surface conditions permit. | You are familiar with the chairlift and can control equipment to link turns edge to edge safely on green terrain. Intermediate 🟢 🟦 | You are able to control your equipment to ski parallel through some of the turn, some wedge is still present. Mastering skiing parallel on green terrain. Introduction to blue terrain as surface conditions permit. Participants can ski from the top of Morse Mountain. | Mastering linked turns on green terrain. Introduction to groomed blue terrain. Participants can ride from the top of Morse Mountain. |
Explore Blue Terrain 🟦 | You are skiing completely parallel and can stop with equipment parallel across the trail on all green and groomed blue terrain. Participants may ride the Sterling, Madonna I, or Madonna II lifts. Mastering all blue terrain. Introduction to black, ungroomed, and off-piste terrain. | You can link turns on all green terrain and groomed blue terrain. Learning to ride switch. Participants may ride the Sterling, Madonna I, or Madonna II lifts. Mastering all blue terrain. Introduction to black, terrain park, and off-piste terrain. |
Master The Mountain | You are confident on all groomed black terrain on Sterling and Madonna Mountains. Participants may ride the Sterling, Madonna I, or Madonna II lifts. Mastering all terrain, as surface conditions permit. This may include woods, terrain park, moguls, black, and double black terrain as skill levels and surface conditions permit. | You are confident on all groomed black terrain on Sterling and Madonna Mountains. Helpful Hints
A lift ticket is required for all Ski & Ride programs. Be sure to explore our ticket options and purchase online in advance for the best rate. Hint: we offer tickets for Morse Mountain only!
There are various meeting locations for our ski & ride programs. Please be sure to read your booking confirmation for exact locations.
Students participating in all-day camp will be provided a Flaik GPS as a way to capture their fun on the mountain. These devices track miles, vertical feet and trails skied each day.
Don’t let morning stress get in the way of your fun! At the 3-Mountain Equipment Rental Shop, you can conveniently rent gear for the next day anytime after 2:00 pm at no additional charge. Enjoy a hassle-free start to your day and maximize your time on the slopes with our easy rental process.
Upon arrival to any Snow Sport University programs, adults will be asked to complete an emergency contact card for child participants. This card will be kept on the child at all times.
Cancellations made by 5:00 pm the day prior to the program/activity start date receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 5:00 pm are not eligible for a refund.
