Valley Dream Farm
While things have evolved quite a bit—from a working dairy farm to the thriving organic vegetable farm we are today—we still carry that same love for working the land and soaking in the valley’s beauty. The original dairy barns now serve new purposes: storing root crops, starting seedlings, and preparing freshly harvested produce for delivery. Some of our children still work alongside us, while others love to visit, eager to share the magic of farm life with their own kids. That spirit of connection continues every week through our Farm to Table Dinner and Hayride Tour, held Tuesdays from 5:15 pm – 8:30 pm. Guests enjoy a guided hayride through the farm, followed by a seasonal, locally inspired meal served outdoors with mountain views. Advance registration is required by 11:00 am the day of the event, and it’s an unforgettable way to experience the heart of Vermont—one bite and tractor ride at a time.
