4:30 pm – 7:00 pm — Night School for Jibbing Night School for Jibbing is a fun, 1.5-hour session for intermediate skiers and riders to learn freestyle basics on small terrain park features, with expert guidance and practice time. $75 per person, rental equipment included.

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm — Glow Tubing is fun for all ages! Get outdoors and enjoy this family-friendly atmosphere on Sir Henry’s Hill. This is a super fun and incredibly unique event. Glow down the tubing hill lanes as an array of LED lights line and illuminate the Snow Tubing hill. No ski boots, please. SmuggsPass is required.

12:00 noon – 2:00 pm — Celebrate the Winter Solstice We’re turning the shortest day of the year into one of the most fun! Head to the Madonna Sterling Base Lodge and join us on the Stache Deck for a Winter Solstice party filled with a barbecue, frosty beers, and beats from DJ Jammin’ Sam. Keep your eyes peeled on the mountain for the Skiing and Riding Solsticians — if you spot them, you could score raffle tickets for a shot at prizes! The big raffle drawing happens at 2:00 pm, so don’t miss your chance to win.

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm — I-Did-a-Sled Join in a family-friendly sled-building competition. Meet at the Warming Yurt at Sir Henry’s Hill.

8:30 pm – 11:00 pm — Smuggs House Band Join Jammin’ Sam and friends for an evening of live music. Playing songs by Classic Rock Acts like Tom Petty, Steve Miller, and Elton John… plus some other surprises. In Bootleggers’ Lounge.

12:30 pm – 3:30 pm — Vermont Reindeer Visit at the basketball courts.

6:30 pm — Santa’s Arrival & Fireworks Join Jammin’ Sam at the Gazebo for rounds of holiday carols and watch for the arrival of that kindly old gentleman from the North. Enjoy a spectacular visual as we light up lower Morse Mountain with a grand Fireworks display. The best viewing is at the Gazebo. Immediately following the fireworks, Santa will join us for a few carols, cookies, and smiles in the lower level of the Meeting House.

8:00 pm — Non-denominational Christmas Eve Service Share in fellowship with friends and family, sing carols, and enjoy the warm glow of the candlelight. Children get a front-row seat for a lively children’s story. The gathering will be held in the lower level of the Meeting House. All faiths are welcome. Reverend Dr. Ireson, long-time Smugglers’ Notch Homeowner, will officiate the Service.

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm — Sir Henry’s Tube Sliding Sliding at its best on our lighted terrain on Sir Henry’s Hill. We provide the tubes! No ski boots, please. An adult must accompany children under 12. Weather permitting. SmuggsPass required. Riders must be at least 42″ tall and be able to stop themselves.

6:30 pm – 7:00 pm — Friendly Pirate Show Pirate songs and dances from Rockin’ Ron the Friendly Pirate and special guest Mogul Mouse in the lower level Meeting House.
