Get ready for a dynamic workout! This class features unique blocks of activity—each with a specific focus—to challenge your body through H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training), strength, and cardio. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, exercises can be modified to match your fitness level. Breaks are always welcome—this is your workout, your pace!
