Martell’s at The Red Fox
“Bringing the Community closer one dish, song, and conversation at a time.”
Martell’s at the Red Fox is a cherished family-owned restaurant and music venue nestled in Jeffersonville, Vermont. Founded by Greg Martell—a longtime local businessman and former Smugglers’ Notch manager—the establishment was born from his dream to create a welcoming space where families and friends could gather over hearty meals and live music. Greg’s passion for music, dating back to the 1960s, inspired him to feature bands that appeal to all generations. Although he passed away just fifteen months after opening, his legacy endures through every dish served and every performance on the indoor stage and the outdoor Gregory J. Martell Memorial Stage.
Today, Martell’s continues to offer a family-friendly atmosphere with a diverse menu featuring locally sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy lunch from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and dinner from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm daily. Live music enhances the dining experience every Friday evening and select Saturday nights. Whether you’re a local or visiting Smugglers’ Notch, Martell’s at the Red Fox invites you to be part of their ongoing story of community, cuisine, and celebration.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting the Notch, Martell’s is a perfect off-resort spot to unwind and connect, where community, great food, and music come together just down the road from Smuggs.
