Join us for the entire week or for any one of our daily nature walks on easy trails or more vigorous all-day mountain hiking adventures including portions of the Long Trail and Mount Mansfield State Forest with some of Vermont's highest peaks. Our skilled guides know the area's natural history, the out of the way trails and the best views. Along the way, you'll build your aerobic fitness while you discover Vermont's wildlife, abundance of alpine trees, wildflowers and stunning scenery.
There are also self-guided walks, wikes and hikes in addition to nature trails for those who want to explore on their own. Hike to a waterfall or to our mountain water playground, or climb the spectacular Smugglers' Notch Pass area.

Lap Swim, Daily 8:00 am - 10:00 am Enjoy "adults only" swim time at The Courtside Pool.
Volleyball,Daily 10:00 am Join in the competitive fun at the volleyball courts. Ages 18 & older, minors will not be allowed to participate.
Aqua-Volleyball, Sun., Mon., Wed. & Fri. 3:00 pm Splash into some fun at The Courtside Pool. This is one of the most popular activities around!
Aqua-Aerobics, Tues., Thurs. & Sat. 2:00 pm A great way to get a low impact workout and a tan all at the same time at the Notchville Park lower pool. Take advantage of all these optional programs!
French Gourmet Winery Experience Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm The Boyden Valley Winery invites you to join them for a French gourmet experience in Vermont! Visit their scenic family farm for a tour of the winery and tasting of their award-winning wines, served with an appetizing selection of five gourmet cheeses, fresh fruit, an artisan meat, freshly baked bread, and a Lake Champlain Chocolate. Cheese plates purchased for guests under 21 will be served with lime seltzer water. Enjoy the ambiance of the 1800s carriage house where the tasting bar and shop are located, or sit on the stone patio and take in the winery's beautiful gardens.
Meet at the Boyden Valley Winery; check with the Guest Service Desk for directions. $24.95 plus tax per person. Advance registration required, limited space available.
Chocolate Tasting Wednesday, 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm You already know how to eat chocolate — now learn how to TASTE it! Your Chocolate Adventure starts with a brief history, from the Aztecs to the modern chocolate bar, including how chocolate is made. Then, the chocolate tasting begins with a variety of milk, dark and other delectable Lake Champlain Chocolates. Come find out the complexities of this ancient and mysterious delicacy.
Wednesday, 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm in the Morse Mountain Grille, $18 per adult, $10 per child 13 & under, when accompanied by an adult. Advance registration required, as space is limited. A glass of wine is included for adults 21 & older.Even more choices for adults: There is great golf nearby at the Bakersfield Country Club, the Stowe Country Club or the Country Club of Vermont.
At Smuggs, you can play tennis "on top of the world" or join a clinic.
Test your skills on The Brewster Ridge Course our 18 hole disc golf course, located on our cross country trails behind the Tennis Center.
