Farmers' Market
Monday, 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Join us in the courtyard of the Village center for direct-from-the-field produce and all the delectable treats you will need for a great week ahead! Vendors this Summer include Davis Family Maple offering maple syrup and maple candies; The French Way Bakery's enticing baked goods and breads; Valley Dream Farm and Knee Deep Farm with organic produce; Boyden Valley Winery wines and spirits; and Smugglers' Notch Distillery's award-winning spirits. Plus, one of our Mountain Massage Center massage professionals will again offer the ever-popular -and relaxing- chair massages!

French Gourmet Winery Experience
Tuesday - Friday, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Boyden Valley Winery & Spirits invites you to join them for a gourmet wine experience in Vermont! Visit their scenic family farm for a tour of the wine-making facility and tasting of 9 products including your choice of their award-winning wines, ice wines, cider, and spirits. After the tasting enjoy a glass of your favorite wine or cider to accompany a gourmet cheese board featuring 5 gourmet cheeses selected from Vermont and international cheese-makers, peppered salami, freshly baked bread and crackers, local jam or honey, and other accompaniments such as peanuts, dried or fresh fruit, olives or pickled vegetables, etc. served on a beautiful Vermont slate. Cheese boards purchased for guests under 21 will be served with a non-alcoholic beverage such as seltzer water or Cold Hollow apple cider. Enjoy the ambiance of the 1800's carriage house where the tasting bar and shop are located, or sit on the stone patio and take in the winery's beautiful gardens and vineyards.

Farm to Table Dinner and Organic Farm Tour
Tuesday, 5:15 pm - 8:30 pm


An educational and delicious dining experience at Valley Dream Farm in Cambridge! This family-owned organic farm is set in a picturesque valley outlined by gently rolling hills and the beautiful backdrop of majestic Mount Mansfield. Your evening begins with an educational hay ride tour, where you might even get to harvest vegetables or cut flowers for the dining table!

While on the tour, our chef prepares an assortment of dishes using Valley Dream Farm's produce. Guests mingle over appetizers before sitting down with the farmers for a family style dinner of salad, bread, 2 savory meats, many organic vegetables, homemade dessert, and locally roasted coffee. This unique dining experience is held outside on a covered porch with breathtaking views. Families are welcome. You are welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic beverage and know that we will provide you with non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy with dinner.

Directions can be obtained at the Guest Service Desk. Tours begin promptly at 5:15 pm. $65 per adult, $39 per children under 10. Taxes and gratuities are not included in the listed price.
Greenhouse Luncheon Tour

The Valley Dream Farm is a Certified Organic produce farm in Cambridge, Vermont. Enjoy a guided greenhouse tour and see the vegetable growing process. You'll have a chance to participate in our vegetable taste trial. Luncheon includes a fresh salad, seasonal soup, sandwich, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage. (Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.) This event is a BYOB event. You'll also have a chance to shop at our farm store for local Maple syrup, Vermont pickled beets, jams and more. $35 per person plus tax. Children 10 and under $25 plus tax. Children 5 and under are free. Gratuities aren't included. Advance registration is required as space is limited. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advanced notice at booking.
