Indulge your senses and pamper yourself with any one of these refreshing workshops. Not only will you feel rejuvenated, you'll also learn techniques to take home with you - so whenever you need it, you can give yourself a little relaxation at home and reminisce about your Smugglers' Summer Vacation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Sunday, 9:15 am - 10:30 am

This class will include a step by step approach that appropriately takes a student from one posture to the next. During this moderately paced practice will link together our body movements and our breathing. Some yoga experience is recommended. Ages 7 & older. $15 per person. Advance registration recommended as space is limited.

Yoga for Every Body
Monday 11:30 am - 12:45 pm;

Accomplished yoga instructors lead you through the postures, focusing on flexibility, alignment, strength and concentration. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a towel or blanket. Mats are provided. $15 per person.

Meditation for Stress Release

Learn how to give your mind a vacation. Practice meditation techniques for releasing stress, calming down mental processing, getting better sleep and enjoying your day. Great for everyone. $20 per person

ZUMBA® - Fitness Party
Monday, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

If you're looking to start a fitness program, ditch the workout, and join the party! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Zumba provides one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements that will have a profound effect on your life! Wear sneakers and loose clothing you're comfortable to move and sweat in. Bring a bottle of water. Meets in the lower level of the Meeting House. $15 per person.

Paddleboard Yoga

What better way to enjoy the art of Yoga than floating on a paddleboard on a beautiful, calm, serene pond setting in the mountains of Vermont! Practice traditional poses on the water as well as enjoy free time to Stand Up Paddleboard. Never tried either? No problem! This is geared toward all levels from beginners to advanced as you challenge yourself. Ages 15 & older. $40 per person. Meet at VT Canoe & Kayak. Transportation required.

Restorative Yoga for Deep Relaxation

In a soothing atmosphere, relax into blissful poses using cushions, eye shades, aromatherapy mist and soothing music as support. Everyone welcome. $20 per person. Ages 13 & up. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yoga Wike

In the quiet of the misty morning, we will mindfully walk an easy-moderate trail leading to a high forest pond, and practice yoga overlooking the water and beautiful vistas of Vermont’s highest mountain range - a perennial favorite yoga outing! Everyone welcome, all levels. $20 per person.

Sip and Wine Facial

If you thought wine was only meant to be enjoyed as a drink, think again! Join Kelley Robie, of Horsetail Herbs, and experience a facial using only the finest ingredients that will rival the best salons & spas! Transform dull skin to its original glow with wine’s anti-aging & de-stressing properties. Wild Edible & Medicinal Herb Walk

Just a few steps outside your door lies a world of wild foods and plants waiting to be discovered! Kelley Robie, of Horsetail Herbs, will guide you on this introduction to identifying common and abundant weeds that make some of our very best wild foods and medicines. Here in Vermont, we can find dozens of nutritious and healing plants to incorporate into our meals for at least half of the year! We will discuss parts of the plants used, when to harvest and even do some taste testing. You will go home with wild food recipes galore, and a new appreciation for the wild plants. Local eating at its best, both fresh and free! $30 per person

Everyday Herbal First Aid

Make your own kit using herbs and essential oils! Learn how to take care of common everyday health issues using herbs and essential oils. Whether you’re an avid outdoor enthusiast or looking for an at-home first aid kit, this class is for you! Join Kelley Robie, of Horsetail herbs, as we learn the basics of herbal first aid. Explore which plants are helpful for addressing minor cuts, scrapes, bug bites and more. We will take a short walk to see some plants up close and then make an Herbal Wound Salve, Antiseptic Spray, Bite & Sting Soother and Burn Spray for your first aid kit. This class is great for both adults and kids! $40 per person.

Henna Herbal Tattoo Art
Thursday, 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Celebrate the summer with a henna tattoo! Join Kelley Robie, of Horsetail Herbs, in this HANDS-ON class as we learn how to mix henna paste and how to create and apply your own designs using both freehand techniques and henna stencils. We will talk about the history of the henna plant, including traditional and modern uses. You will go home with applied henna tattoos and designs to try at home!
$40 per person.
