Yoga Classes

Hatha Yoga

Sunday, 9:00 am - 10:15 am

This all levels Hatha practice will leave participants energized and ready to face a day of adventure.

We will create space and strength in the body and mind as we breathe through both fluid and static poses. This is an alignment based practice with many modifications being offered for all abilities. $15 per person, per session. Advance registration required as space is limited. Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yoga for All Levels

Monday, 9:00 am - 10:15 am & Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm.
This offering is a medium-paced flow with a focus on the foundations of postures.

Join us on Tuesdays at 9:30 for a fun and relaxing experience that will leave you feeling blissed out!
Our Yoga Hike will start on the Rum Runners trail up a steady incline to a beautiful reservoir. Once you see the expansive views, you’ll know it was all worth it. We’ll roll out mats and breathe the fresh mountain air as we move through a gentle flow for 45 minutes - 1 hour. During yoga, we'll take time to intentionally connect to the earth and tune into the elements of nature through our senses. Taking the peace of nature with us, we’ll hike back the way we came for a round-trip hike of 3.4 miles. Yoga is appropriate for all levels and beginners are welcome! Get ready to laugh, smile, relax and unwind as you sip in the beauty of the Green Mountains. Roam and Om provides yoga mats and carrying straps. Please bring your own if you have one.
Ages 13 and older. Guests younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 5 minutes before start time. Preregistration required as space is limited. Hike meets at the Gazebo on the Village Green.

The focus of this walk will be on the many edible mushrooms in the area as well as their toxic lookalikes. This hour and a half walk will bring you on a trail through the woods along a brook, so please dress appropriately. Meet at the Gazebo on the Village Green. A minimum of 3 people are required for this activity to happen. Ages 10 & older.

Here in Vermont for at least half of the year we can find dozens of nutritious and healing plants to incorporate into our meals! We will identify local plant species, discuss parts of the plants used, when to harvest them, and even do some taste-testing.
