Operational Update - 2020 Summer Camps Cancelled
Our goal is always to provide our campers, guests, and staff with a safe, fun, and enriching experience. We have been following updates from the CDC, American Camping Association, Department of Children and Families, the Vermont Health Department. After much deliberation and in alignment with our goals, we have decided that due to the significant unknowns and challenges of our state guidelines we do not plan run our traditional TREASURES day care, Summer Fun University children's camps, Vermonter Camp, or Specialty Camps this summer. The long list of protocols provided by the state will make it very challenging to safely run camps while also providing a great guest experience.
Choose your own day with something for everyone! Notch Squad groups will stay together throughout the day, but still have the flexibility to choose what they want to do! Campers will get the chance to pick the counselor and itinerary that most appeals to them and go from there. If the group decides to switch it up mid-day, the group will have the power to make it happen! Every day will include swimming and games.

Every day Notch Squad campers will be able to create their own experience by choosing which itinerary they wish to join. Campers will arrive in the morning to review a menu of options for the day; Adventure & Games, Nature & Hiking, Arts & Crafts, or Sound & Stage. Our activities are all CHALLENGE BY CHOICE. This means that if at any point one of the campers does not feel comfortable with any activity, he/she can either step aside and observe, or counselors may help him/her to find a more comfortable way to be a part of the group, without doing the specific activity. Children in Notch Squad programs are grouped by ages 11-12 & 13-15 years. Youth to Counselor Ratio 1:12.
