Operational Update - 2020 Summer Camps Cancelled
Our goal is always to provide our campers, guests, and staff with a safe, fun, and enriching experience. We have been following updates from the CDC, American Camping Association, Department of Children and Families, the Vermont Health Department. After much deliberation and in alignment with our goals, we have decided that due to the significant unknowns and challenges of our state guidelines we do not plan run our traditional TREASURES day care, Summer Fun University children's camps, Vermonter Camp, or Specialty Camps this summer. The long list of protocols provided by the state will make it very challenging to safely run camps while also providing a great guest experience.
Smugglers’ Summer Fun University offers something for everyone — from games, to nature, cool art projects, pools & waterslides, singing, and dancing. Plus, our special interest camps help your kids learn new skills or hone in on their favorite activities like high adventure courses, tennis, survival skills or mountain biking! Our professionally trained counselors organize and oversee all of our unique activities that will enrich and engage your kids — all day long, every day if you wish! We’re so sure that your kids will have a great experience with our Summer Fun University, that we guarantee family fun*!

Registration
Pre-registration is required for all camps two weeks prior to arrival. Complete your child's program registration form issued at check-in prior to arriving at the program meeting place.
• Emergency contact information is critical. Your contact person must be someone other than yourself, in case we cannot contact you.
• To best meet your child's individual needs, please inform the staff of any special considerations, such as allergies and diet.
Camp Check-in
All camps check-in between 9:15 am - 9:45 am with the first activity starting at 9:45 am. Each Camp has its specific meeting location. If you would like your children to be grouped together the older child will be expected to join the younger child's group.
Shuttle services are available to take children to camp. Please call extension 7000 for the Resort Shuttle.
Children with Allergies
Many children participating in our camp programs have allergies. If your child has any allergies, minor or severe, please be sure to let the counselor and supervisor of the program know. If your child has a life threatening food allergy we recommend you pack them their own lunch. While we do not serve peanut butter in our lunch program (instead we serve soy butter), we do have children who bring their own lunch, which could contain nuts. All of our counselors are trained on our policies and procedures to minimize allergy risks and keep children safe.
* Family Fun Guarantee: If any member of your family participates in one of our programs and doesn't have fun, Smugglers' will refund the entire program portion of that family member's stay. It's as simple as that.
