Smugglers’ Notch Resort announced today that it has received a bevy of awards in the 2018 SKI Magazine reader resort survey completed by the magazine’s readers. Smugglers’ powers into the 2017/2018 season as the best Overall, as well as best for Service, and best Kid Friendly resort in the Eastern United States and Canada, exemplifying the Resorts’ diversity in excellence.

Smugglers’ placed in the top ten for 9 of the 10 award categories, covering a breadth of honors spanning from service to dining & après. The #1 Kid Friendly award has gone to Smugglers’ since its inception in 2014. The Resort is very proud to receive the #1 in Service award and credits many targeted efforts among staff and management for leading to this accomplishment. Smugglers’ managing director and owner Bill Stritzler comments,

Smugglers’ continues to uphold its commitment to excellent family experiences as they have for decades. Prior to the inception of the Kid Friendly award, Smugglers’ swept the #1 award for Family Programs for over ten years. Readers who voted the Resort #1 may have recognized Smugglers’ commitment to service through their Guest of One program, empowering employees to raise the bar for exceptional customer service. This Winter also marks the first Winter with the all new FunZone 2.0, the Resort’s 26,000 square foot indoor Family Fun Complex. The new facility aims to provide activities for all ages and interests, in a state of the art facility that is sure to please.
