Enjoy our comfortable smoke free lounge, with a full bar, located in The Village Lodge.

Open nightly, 7:00 pm - late night
Entertainment for ages 21 & older begins at 9:00 pm (unless noted).

Monday - Acoustic Duo
Smuggs legend Goodtime Charlie is joined by Jammin' Sam as they play favorites Eagles, Beatles, Bowie, Paul Simon, and Ed Sheeran. SCHEDULE NOTE: this show moves from Monday, January 14th and January 21st to Tuesday, Jan 15th and January 22nd, 2019.

Tuesday - Marko's Magical Mystery Show
The ever popular Marko the Magician will dazzle you with prodigious feats of prestidigitation (a magical word for magic) delivered with lots of laughs, in fact Marko is as much a Comedian as he is a Magician. SCHEDULE NOTE: this show moves to Monday, January 14th and January 21st from Tuesday, Jan 15th and January 22nd, 2019.

Wednesday - Liquid Courage Karaoke
Step into the spotlight and become a singing star! Goodtime Charlie is your host.

Thursday - Smuggs House Band
Join Goodtime Charlie, Jammin' Sam, and friends for an evening of live music. Playing songs by Classic Rock Acts like Tom Petty, Steve Miller, and Elton John... plus some other surprises.

Friday - Continue the Aprés Sport Fun - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Jammin' Sam will play guitar and sing.

Friday Night Karaoke - 9:00 pm
Be the next Smuggs Idol - be prepared to sing your heart out!

Saturday - Dance/Karaoke Party
Goodtime Charlie hosts this evening of dancing and singing to all your favorites - from the 80s till NOW!

Snowshoe Adventure Dinner
Tuesday, 4:10 pm - 8:45 pm
A dramatic weekly dining feature atop Sterling Mountain for adults. The Sterling lift transports you to The Top of The Notch, a mountain cabin lit only by candles. The Hearth & Candle Restaurant serves a gourmet meal with appetizer, salad, choice of main course, and a famous dessert. After dinner, work off those calories with a 40 minute snowshoe down to the Base Lodge. Patrons are welcome to bring their own beverage to complement the meal.

Advance registration at The Guest Service Desk is required; this event is for adults only. The Top of the Notch dinner is offered on Tuesday evenings from 4:10 pm - 8:45 pm throughout the Winter season, weather permitting (this event may be cancelled in the event of severe weather). $85 per person. Please sign up by 12:00 noon on Tuesday. A minimum sign-up is required for trip to run.

New Year's Eve Top of the Notch Dinner
Sunday, December 31st
Join us for a very special dining experience atop Sterling Mountain for adults. The Sterling lift transports you to the Top of The Notch, a mountain cabin lit only by candles. The Hearth & Candle Restaurant serves a special gourmet dinner with appetizer, salad, choice of prime rib, scallops or their famous Vermont chicken, and a dessert. After dinner, work off those calories with a 40 minute snowshoe down to the Madonna/Sterling Base Lodge. This is truly a rustic experience with no bathrooms. B.Y.O.B. Advance registration at the Guest Service Desk is required. $120 per person. Function will be cancelled in the event of severe weather. Sign-up deadline Tuesday at 12:00 noon, no refunds for cancellations after this time. Minimum sign-up is required for trip to run. Transportation to the Base Lodge leaves from the Village Welcome Sign promptly at 4:15 pm. Please contact TREASURES, ext. 1180 for babysitters.

Black Bear Aprés Sport Parties
Sundays, Fridays & Saturdays, 2:00 pm til closing.
The Black Bear Tavern in the Sterling/Madonna Base Lodge is the location for Upper Mountain off-slope Action! Sundays and Fridays feature Jammin' Sam on guitar and vocals, Saturdays have Goodtime Charlie hosting with music, trivia, bar games, and prizes from our featured brands.
