Daily Activities The FunZone 2.0 Ozone 11:00 am - 9:00 pm The Ozone has all the classic original FunZone elements like ping-pong, mini golf, inflatables like the giant slide, pirate ship, and obstacle course, the Littles' Loft featuring Imagination Playground's Big Blue Blocks, bouncy house, creative play store, and much more.
Hot Chocolate Warm Up 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm Join the Activities crew for FREE hot chocolate and a bonfire. Special appearance at 4:00 pm by Mogul Mouse OR Billy Bob Bear.
Sir Henry's Tube Sliding 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tube Sliding at its best on our lighted terrain on Sir Henry's Hill. We provide the tubes! No ski boots, please. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Weather permitting. The tubing hill closes at 7:45 on Thursdays for fireworks.
Sunday Roller Coasters • STEAM Sunday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Come work as a team to design and build model roller coasters! Loops, drops, and speed are all part of our plans! Explore what an engineer does and the importance of design and experimentation. Ages 4 & older. Meets in the lower level of the Meeting House. Must be present at the start of the activity.
Family GaGa Ball Sunday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Join us for a game of GaGa ball, fun for the whole family. Ages 5 & older. Meets in the lower level of the Meeting House.
Monday Winter Welcome Bonfire 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm Goodtime Charlie, Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate, Jammin' Sam, Mogul Mouse, and Billy Bob Bear welcome YOU to SMUGGS with music, dancing, and updates on all the exciting programs we offer.
Bingo Blast 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Goodtime Charlie is your host. Bring the family to the lower level of the Meeting House to play for cash or prizes, with a portion of the proceeds going to a local charity! Did you know that Shakespeare played Bingo? Where do you think he got 'B2 or not B2'? That is the question?
Airboard Family Fun Race 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Come join us at Sir Henry's Hill and try out airboarding together. Ages 10 & older.
Tuesday Glow Tubing Party 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Glow Tubing is incredibly unique and fun for all ages! Get outdoors and enjoy this family friendly atmosphere on Sir Henry's Hill. A super fun and incredibly unique event for you to experience. Glow your way down the tubing hill lanes as an array of LED lights line and illuminate the Snow Tubing hill. Enjoy our illuminated tubing hill, bonfire and hot chocolate. No ski boots, please.
Family Karaoke 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Young and old alike will have a chance to display their singing talents for Family Karaoke in the Meeting House. This event will be replaced by alternate programming on Tuesday, Dec. 24th. and Dec. 31st.
Wednesday I-Did-A-Sled 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Join in a family friendly competition! Build a sled with supplies we provide and see if it stands up to the ultimate test - a launch off our hill on Sir Henry's Learning area... fun for the whole family. Meet at the warming yurt at Sir Henry's Hill. Please be prompt, space is limited.
Familee Phew'd 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm Join us in the Meeting House for our Smugglers' Notch Family Game Show. Play for fun and prizes.
Thursday Smuggs Winter Carnival 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm Good Time Charlie hosts our weekly Winter Carnival on the Village Green. Join us for family fun as we celebrate winter with music, food and games. Wicked Good Ice will be on hand with a special ice carving demonstration and our activities staff will entertain with winter games, races, bonfire and hot chocolate.
Character Dance Party 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm Mambo with Mogul Mouse & boogie with Billy Bob Bear. Hosted by Goodtime Charlie and Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate. In the Lower Level of the Meeting House.
Torchlight Parade & Fireworks!!!

Morse Liftline will be lit by a formation of SSU Instructors carrying torches followed by a Fireworks display that will dazzle! Soundtrack and announcing by Goodtime Charlie.

Featuring a wide selection of beers, a full service bar, munchies, a big screen TV, and nightly adult entertainment. Enjoy 1/2 price apps between 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and drink specials daily. Located in The Village Lodge.

Friday - Aprés Ski for Families - 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Jammin' Sam will play guitar and sing. Families are welcome!

Top of the Notch Snowshoe Adventure Dinner
Tuesday, 4:10 pm - 8:45 pm A dramatic weekly dining feature atop Sterling Mountain for adults.
The Sterling lift transports you to The Top of The Notch, a mountain cabin lit only by candles. The Hearth & Candle Restaurant serves a gourmet meal with appetizer, salad, choice of main course, and a famous dessert. After dinner, work off those calories with a 40 minute snowshoe down to the Base Lodge. Patrons are welcome to bring their own beverage to complement the meal.
Advance registration at The Guest Service Desk is required; this event is for adults only. The Top of the Notch dinner is offered on Tuesday evenings from 4:10 pm - 8:45 pm throughout the Winter season, weather permitting (this event may be cancelled in the event of severe weather). $85 per person. Please sign up by 12:00 noon on Tuesday. A minimum sign-up is required for trip to run.

New Year's Eve Top of the Notch Dinner Tuesday, December 31st Join us for a very special dining experience atop Sterling Mountain for adults. The Sterling lift transports you to the Top of The Notch, a mountain cabin lit only by candles. The Hearth & Candle Restaurant serves a special gourmet dinner with appetizer, salad, choice of prime rib, scallops or their famous Vermont chicken, and a dessert. After dinner, work off those calories with a 40 minute snowshoe down to the Madonna/Sterling Base Lodge. This is truly a rustic experience with no bathrooms. B.Y.O.B. Advance registration at the Guest Service Desk is required. $120 per person. Function will be cancelled in the event of severe weather. Sign-up deadline Tuesday at 12:00 noon, no refunds for cancellations after this time. Minimum sign-up is required for trip to run. Transportation to the Base Lodge leaves from the Village Welcome Sign promptly at 4:15 pm. Please contact TREASURES, ext. 1180 for babysitters.Black Bear Aprés Sport Parties Sundays, Fridays & Saturdays, 2:00 pm til closing. The Black Bear Tavern in the Sterling/Madonna Base Lodge is the location for Upper Mountain off-slope Action! Sundays and Fridays feature Jammin' Sam on guitar and vocals, Saturdays have Goodtime Charlie hosting with music, trivia, bar games, and prizes from our featured brands.
