At various locations on our mountains, we offer a variety of dining options, as well as other necessary services. You will find everything you need to have a fun and relaxing day on the slopes. These facilities are open throughout the Winter season based on lift operation schedules.
THE BASE LODGE Smugglers' Madonna and Sterling Mountains Base Lodge offers a variety of daytime and early evening options for upper mountain dining. Located at the base of Madonna and Sterling mountains, you'll find all the services you need such as restrooms, phones, an ATM, Ski Patrol & First Aid, Lift Ticket and Pass sales, as well as all of these other services:

Green Peppers Restaurant Green Peppers features appetizers, soups, Smugglers' chili, entrée salads, signature sandwiches as well as beer, wine, cider, and seltzer. Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 10:30 am - 2:00 pm
The Black Bear Tavern The Black Bear Tavern is a full service bar enhanced with a large selection of beer, wine, cider, and seltzers for you to choose from. It also has the full Green Peppers menu available with waitstaff service. Appetizers, soups, sandwiches, hearty winter fare and more. Try the new jumbo pretzel with cheddar ale dipping sauce.

Enjoy a grab-and-go slopeside treat at the Waffle Cabin located near the Madonna II lift. Baked fresh and on demand, the enticing aroma will draw you in and the taste will keep you coming back.

For convenience that can't be beat, the Morse Highlands Day Lodge is slightly removed from the rest of the resort, you'll feel like you're at your own private ski area. In addition to restrooms, phones, Ski Patrol & First Aid, it's a great place to warm up. There is no day parking at the Morse Highlands Day Lodge. The lodge is accessibly by shuttle or the Dixie's Knoll trail adjacent to the Morse Highlands lift.
