Not only will you feel rejuvenated, you'll also learn techniques to take home with you - so whenever you need it, you can give yourself a little relaxation at home and reminisce about your Smugglers' Winter Vacation.

Activity Refund Policy: A full refund will be given for any Resort activity (unless otherwise noted) if cancelled prior to 24 hours in advance.

Hatha Yoga Flow

Sunday, 9:00 am - 10:15 am
$15 per person. Preregistration is required.

This all levels Hatha practice will leave participants energized and ready to face a day of adventure. We will create space and strength in the body and mind as we breathe through both fluid and static poses. This is an alignment based practice with many modifications being offered for all abilities. Advance registration required as space is limited. All levels, Ages 13 & older. Meet at the Nordland Library.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Monday, 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
$15 per person. Preregistration is required. Ages 7 & older.

This class will include a step by step approach that appropriately takes a student from one posture to the next. During this moderately paced practice will link together our body movements and our breathing. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Herbal Hot Cocoa and Edible Chocolate Delights!

Everyone loves a hot cup’o cocoa! There’s nothing like sipping a steamy, creamy hot chocolate by the fireside. Join Kelley Robie of Horsetail Herbs, as we transform your favorite winter go-to into a healthy superfood drink and make some delectable herbal chocolates! We will be making two hot cocoa blends to go and two chocolate treats to eat, all while sipping a creamy cup of hot cocoa! Come tantalize your taste buds and awaken your senses as you learn how to combine chocolate with spices and herbs! We will talk about the health benefits of chocolate, spices and herbs as we make our amazing creations. Your handout will be loaded with recipes for you to explore on your own or make with friends!

Aromas & Scents of Vermont Winter

What does winter in Vermont smell like? Do you think of the cold fresh air and snow? What about the smell of the forest trees or holiday gatherings? Join Kelley Robie, of Horsetail Herbs, as we explore unique winter scents using essential oils and different ways to experience them. We will talk about the health benefits of using essential oils and herbs as we make Scented Pine Cones for refreshing decorations, a Reed Diffuser and Aromatherapy Candle to brighten up your space, and an Aromatic Room or Car Freshener to keep you focused on the tasks at hand. You will get detailed instructions on how to make everything and go home with products you can enjoy right away. Give yourself the gift of scent this winter season!

What to do with the fall harvest? Let’s get cooking and creating! Join Kelley Robie, from Horsetail Herbs, as we formulate recipes that will nourish us this winter season! We will be focusing on recipes that contain berries, fruits and flowers to use for food, health and beauty. We will discuss the medicinal value of these plants as we make Cranberry & Apple Compote for food, Hawthorn Vitamin C Gummies and Elderberry Immune Boosting Herbal Tea for health, and Rosehip Body Butter for beauty. Savor these nourishing recipes all season long. Go home with your goodies and many recipes for hours of experimenting!

This offering is a medium-paced flow with a focus on the foundations of postures. The class has a combination of mobility, strength, and alignment postures that enhance any level of practitioner interested in developing more awareness in breath and movement.
