Here's what visiting families have to say about their TREASURES experience:
" We just wanted to reach out and tell you how impressed we were with Treasures during our visit on February 19. We opened the door to this warm, calm, inviting facility and immediately felt any apprehensions about leaving "our baby" melt away. The entry area was roomy, organized, and clean (so nice when we had all our bulky ski gear on), the sign in process was efficient, and most importantly, the lovely caregivers were calm, confident, warm, and reassuring. Back near the child care rooms, our 3 year old, transitioned from us to a care giver and headed into the room without any crying or struggle. This was a pleasant surprise (ok, a shock!) to us, given we had never been to Treasures, and since the last time we had recently taken her to a babysitting facility at a NH ski resort, she came unraveled- in a big way!! We really attribute this smooth drop off to your staff and the general calm, welcoming feel of the facility. We loved the window area we could view her from, and we left quickly for the slopes, feeling she was in great hands and was lucky to be at such a wonderful place for the day. It was a delight as we would ski down the mountain, passing Treasures, knowing she was in there, being well taken care of. Thank you for giving us that peace of mind."
"Nearly every Saturday of the 2013 and 2014 ski season, our son went to Treasures. He was so excited about it each week! We loved the attentive care, open and clean space and the healthy food. They let him nap when he needed to and there was always a number of activities for him to choose from. He even got to try out skis on a few occasions. We're sad that he won't be there this season, since he'll ... be over 3. We highly recommend Treasures to everyone and it's the main reason that we chose Smuggs."
"Dropping your kids off with strangers is always going to cause some anxiety - except at Treasures. The staff was warm, caring, attentive, and made sure our youngest had as much fun with his day as we did on the slopes."
"Love it! Our two and a half year old was unhappy with us when she didn't get to go every day! Staff was wonderful!"
"Excellent people and programs. They even remembered our kids from last year. Makes you feel like you are right at home."
"Fantastic! Shelly and her staff were so pleasant, professional, accommodating and lovely to deal with. Our child was happy and well-looked after each day. They treated her like a princess, and we would return to the resort because of Treasures!"
"They specialize in non-recurring childcare, meaning that they are good at making your child feel comfortable in a new environment ..." Read more about the Treasures experience on family travel site pitstopsforkids.comFamily travel site www.wejustgotback.com
