It’s starting to feel more like winter every day! Two inches of fresh snow fell overnight and our dedicated Mountain Operations Team has been working non-stop these past few days. They are currently putting the final touches on Black Snake and Practice Slope as well as Sir Henry’s and Morse Mountain. We are hopeful that more terrain is expected to open in the coming days.
Keep thinking snow and check in later this afternoon for more details and conditions from the mountain!
Today I spotted some solid snowmaking whales on Morse Mountain! As you can see, our diligent snowmaking team has been taking advantage of the cooler temps and getting it done. The grooming crew is on deck to fill the trails from top to bottom.
Now is the time to get your ski legs underneath you. It’s looking like there’s a week of blue skies and mid 30 temps a head of us.
We’re blasting snow! Mother Nature is giving us some cooler temps and we’re taking full advantage. Our hardworking snowmaking and grooming teams are setting us up for a great weekend of skiing and riding. Lower Rumrunner is officially open with more trails to follow in the coming days.
It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful weekend. Keep thinking snow!
