This entitles your immediate family members to purchase our unique, discounted pass that offers free lift tickets midweek and 50% off lift tickets and cross-country trail passes on weekends and holiday periods. Participation in this program also includes ski and snowboard group lessons and equipment rental at reduced prices.
You can rent another or similar home at a significant discount as a Homeowner. If you wish to return to Smugglers’ and your home is unavailable due to rental, you can secure another available home by paying the homeowner lodging portion and the housekeeping fee. This program offers true flexibility, ensuring you and your family can enjoy a seamless and cost-effective return to the Resort whenever you choose.
As a Homeowner, you’ll enjoy a range of special perks designed to enhance your experience at Smugglers’. These include Village Club credit card privileges, access to childcare services, and discounts on all regularly priced merchandise at the Sport Shop. These exclusive benefits are another way we make ownership at Smugglers’ truly rewarding.
Our voluntary rental program offers Homeowners exclusive benefits, the potential for rental income, and the convenience of having Smugglers’ as your trusted rental agent. By signing the Village Club Membership Agreement, you can access our streamlined rental process, with proceeds (minus commission and fees) remitted quarterly.
Our rental commission covers everything from preparing your home for guests to promoting Smugglers’ as a premier destination. Services include thorough cleaning, fresh linens and towels on request, guest services, reservations, administrative support, travel agent fees, and access to Resort facilities and programs. A current rate listing showing gross rental rates for condominiums is available for your review.
Smugglers’ Notch provides extensive property management services through your property management fee as part of your ownership. These services include snowplowing and road maintenance, rubbish collection, recycling, meter reading, and grounds care. Additionally, we handle wastewater treatment, fire department support with on-site hydrants, and maintenance of the Village sewage system.
Housekeeping services are also available, including cleaning after your personal usage weeks. This service and any linens and supplies are billed hourly and reflected on your quarterly statement. Extra linens and supplies can be obtained during your stay for a nominal fee, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
As a Smugglers’ Owner, you gain membership in Resort Condominiums International (RCI), opening the door to a world of travel opportunities. This membership allows you to exchange your vacation weeks for stays at nearly 5,160 luxury resorts across the globe, providing unparalleled flexibility and adventure for your family.
