Farmers' Market Monday, 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Join us in the courtyard of the Village center for direct-from-the-field produce and all the delectable treats you will need for a great week ahead! Vendors this Summer include Davis Family Maple offering maple syrup and maple candies; The French Way Bakery's enticing baked goods and breads; Valley Dream Farm and Knee Deep Farm with organic produce; Boyden Valley Winery wines and spirits; and Smugglers' Notch Distillery's award-winning spirits. Plus, one of our Mountain Massage Center massage professionals will again offer the ever-popular -and relaxing- chair massages!
French Gourmet Winery Experience Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
The Boyden Valley Winery invites you to join them for a French gourmet experience in Vermont! Visit their scenic family farm for a tour of the winery and tasting of their award-winning wines, served with gourmet cheeses, fresh fruits and breads. Cheese plates purchased for guests under 21 will be served with lime seltzer water. Enjoy the ambiance of the 1800s carriage house where the tasting bar and shop are located, or sit on the stone patio and take in the winery's beautiful gardens.

All ages. You already know how to eat chocolate - now learn how to TASTE it! Your Chocolate Adventure starts with a brief history, from the Aztecs to the modern chocolate bar, including how chocolate is made. Then, the chocolate tasting begins with a variety of milk, dark and other delectable Lake Champlain Chocolates. Come find out the complexities of this ancient and mysterious delicacy. $18 per adult, $13 ages 20 & under, when accompanied by an adult. Registration required. An educational and delicious dining experience at Valley Dream Farm in Cambridge! This family-owned organic farm is set in a picturesque valley outlined by gently rolling hills and the beautiful backdrop of majestic Mount Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak. Your evening begins with an informational tour hosted by the farm's owners, the Tisbert family. As you stroll around the farm, you might even get to harvest vegetables or cut flowers for the dining table!
A local chef prepares an assortment of dishes using Valley Dream Farm's produce along with other local ingredients. Guests will then mingle over appetizers before sitting down with the farmers for a family style dinner of salad, bread, savory meats, organic vegetables, dessert, and locally roasted coffee. This unique dining experience is held in a covered outdoor setting with breathtaking views. Families are welcome. BYOB - openers and wine glasses are provided.
Register by Tuesday at 11:00 am. Special dietary needs must be given at time of purchase. Directions can be obtained at the Guest Service Desk. Your first sip of the day starts at Rock Art Brewery. Sample eight of their amazing beers, learn how they are made and enjoy a self-guided tour of the brewery. Next on tour — Lost Nation Brewery takes inspiration from lesser-known European beer styles. We'll then travel to Stowe to visit Idletyme Brewing to sample some of their great ale and lager offerings. Your brewery tour ends at the Trapp Family Lodge, home of Von Trapp Brewing. Sample some of their European style lagers and enjoy the great views during your visit. Cost of beer tastings and lunch are left to each individual. Recommended lunch spot is Lost Nation Brewery.
